Pricing - All products are quoted in US dollars. Shipping and sales taxes, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping charges and sales taxes that apply to your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES:
For all purchases over $65 we are currently offering FREE shipping for all physical U.S. addresses. Packages shipped for FREE will be mailed via USPS First Class or Priority mail, depending on the weight of the package. We regret that we cannot ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Standard shipping rates are based on your total purchase amount, excluding any items qualifying for FREE shipping.

Insurance and delivery confirmation are included for all domestic shipments. We are determined to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to you as quickly as possible. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we take responsibility, not you. We will replace the items, if possible, or offer a full refund if necessary.
General Shipping Policies - Orders are sent out as quickly as possible - usually within 2 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 2 - 7 business days from shipment. You will receive an email confirming your shipment which also includes a tracking number for your reference.
Personalized and made-to-order products take longer to create and, therefore, will not ship within our standard shipping window. These items are clearly maked within the item's description along with an estimated shipping date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are positive that you will love our products, but we do understand that, for whatever reason, purchases sometimes just don't work out. If for any reason you aren't completely happy with your purchase, please follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth and easy return.
All non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days from the day your product is delivered for a full refund (less shipping costs). The package must be received by The Silver Spoon on or before the 14th day and all items must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Without ALL of the original tags, your items will be ineligible for return or exchange.
Within 14 days of delivery, please:
1. Repack your items in a safe, secure shipping box and include the packing slip we originally supplied you.
2. If exchanging items, please write on your packing slip what items you would like instead (including brand name, style, color (if applicable) and size). We will make every effort to honor your request. If the item is sold out by the time we receive your exchange information we will contact you to to determine what further action will be taken.
3. Please consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. The Silver Spoon cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Mail your package (with appropriate postage) to the following address:

We cannot accept any returns after the 14-day period mentioned above. Sale items, undergarments, personalized items, made-to-order items and any other items specifically noted are final sale and therefore not returnable.
If free shipping was earned for your order and the return brings you below the free shipping minimum order amount your refund will be processed with the appropriate shipping fee subtracted (same process for international returns). items MUST be returned with the original packaging and all tags attached or they will be ineligible for return.
If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us (info@silverspoonchildren.com) or call us at 916-786-2432 to obtain your order number.
All messages whether by phone or e-mail will be returned within 24 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. All sale items are considered final sale, although we are happy to exchange for size if available. All gift returns are for store credit only; no credit card refunds are available. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
Sales, Discounts and Special Offers - All sales or special offers are for a limited time and may not be combined with any other offer including, but not limited to, combining free shipping offers or other discount coupons.
